- Development Protocol,
- Improve the builder experience by addressing on-boarding aspect.
- Start a "Builder Academy", held initially by me (Ergod) once per week, going over fundamentals of assembly development.
- I will extend the concept into "AW Academy" later on, and make it open to NPC corp, to teach ppl on various topics both theory and practice.
- Craft a solid scaffold that covers both contract and client sides with detailed documentation on each part.
- Put out basic assembly behavior contracts.
- Work on establishing an internal KB ASAP and long-term open blog for more high-concept article about the game.
- Simplify the contribution process in building and documenting.
- Projection Protocol,
- Our ability to project is centered around smart gates. The new building system and the limitations that come with it will impact our reach.
- LPs are like assembly slots in systems. They can be claimed via a network node.
- System locking = LP claiming.
- System with larger # of LPs are desirable. Hence the role of early Mapping to decide on a suitable Inner Ring.
- We will attempt to run a hybrid access to our gate network,
- Closed, for tactical routes between the Inner, Buffer and Outer layers.
- Open, for interface public routes where we offer services like market, access to rare signatures.
- Continuity Protocol,
- Our approach is gonna follow what we already did before, "Collective Push", with "Targeted Investment".
- Essentially this boils down to,
- First mining fleet to pool resources.
- Pass resources to dedicated members to unlock tribe objectives.
- TRIBE OBJECTIVES,
- Project closer to the center (as there is no industrial advantage in stations).
- Map systems for LPs and signature availability.
- Rush the ship tree
- Establish our infrastructure and start our activity.
- Establish a list of resources and infrastructure that is essential for growth and maintenance.
- Sync up tribe content with CCPs' mission board and maximize everyone's gain from the system.
- Do a "Round Up" bi-weekly to report on the advancement of our plans, pain points and further directions.
